These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cat Translator: Meow & Sounds mobile application ("App") developed by Ace & Zeros ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Cat Translator is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Subscription name: Weekly Premium
• Content: 1 week of unlimited cat translations & sounds
• Price: $2.99 per week (or local equivalent)
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed weekly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID Settings (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for the unused portion.
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, audio, and code within the App are the property of Ace & Zeros and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cat sound translations are generated by an AI model for entertainment purposes only and do not represent actual animal communication. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of any translation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace & Zeros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ace & Zeros operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
